At OASIS Floral Products, we strive to ensure your floral supplies meet the highest standards of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Success team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original floral packaging, ensuring all tools or accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to OASIS

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
