What is the difference between OASIS Standard and Deluxe Floral Foam?

OASIS Standard foam is designed for everyday stems and lighter arrangements, while Deluxe foam features a higher density to provide extra support for heavy-stemmed flowers like tropicals or large roses.

How long should I soak my floral foam before use?

You should use the 'float-soak' method: place the foam on top of water treated with floral preservative and let it sink naturally. This usually takes 60 to 90 seconds. Never force it underwater as this creates dry air pockets.

Do you offer bulk discounts for professional florists?

What is your return policy for perishable or used items?

Unused hard goods in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. However, for hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on floral foam that has been soaked or any custom-cut floral wire.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days via standard ground shipping.
